A 1 1/2hr on-site visit plus a written report which includes hints and recommendations to make the most of EVERY room in your home. We show you how to step back & look at your home through the buyer's eyes and turn it into Hot Property. Using your existing furniture we can suggest on de-cluttering, furniture placement, creating new spaces and final touches to add to the overall presentation. Report Consultations are frequently used by homeowners who would prefer to do the work themselves, but still need a plan. You may not be placing your house on the market for a while, so this report will also give you something to work towards. |
